Construction Begins on Emami Aamod with Ceremonial Bhoomi Pujan
Emami Realty, the real estate arm of the Emami Group, conducted the Bhoomi Pujan and inaugurated the Experience Center at Emami Aamod, located on James Long Sarani, New Alipore. The project is expected to generate around ₹850 crore in revenue.
The ceremony was attended by esteemed guests including Mohan Goenka, Vice Chairman & Wholetime Director of Emami Ltd., and Dr. Nitesh Kumar, MD & CEO of Emami Realty Limited. The event marked a significant milestone in the development of Emami Aamod, a project that epitomizes luxury living with its opulent amenities and serene environment.
Experience Center Now Open
In conjunction with the Bhoomi Pujan, Emami Realty unveiled the Experience Center at Emami Aamod. The center provides prospective buyers and investors with detailed insights into the project's design, layout, and amenities.
Project Scope and Timeline
Emami Aamod spans 4 acres and features 223 units across 4 towers, with 22 floors each. Units are priced between ₹2.94 crore and ₹4.21 crore, with 3 BHK and 4 BHK configurations ranging from 1,530 to 1,907 sq.ft. The project is scheduled for possession in June 2032.
