Jawahar Shaikh has been appointed as Head of Projects and Tarun Kanti Mukherjee as the National Head—Sales & Marketing of the Company effective November 6, 2025. The appointments represent a strategic effort to bolster execution and sales capabilities as the developer advances its portfolio of residential and commercial projects across India.
Context: Expansion Across Major Cities
Emami Realty has announced an ambitious expansion plan to develop 22 million square feet of residential and commercial spaces over the next seven years across major cities in India. The development plan includes a diverse portfolio of projects in key locations such as Kolkata, Chennai, Mumbai, and Central India. According to a statement released in November 2024, Emami Realty is projecting a revenue potential of Rs 15,000 crore from these new projects.
