Board Governance Update

Emami Realty reconstituted its board committees effective July 22, 2026. The restructuring follows the Board's appointment of Ram Krishna Agarwal as an Additional Director, which was effective from July 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval.

Agarwal's Appointment and Roles

Agarwal is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 50 years of experience, and a former Managing Partner of S. R. Batliboi & Co. and a former Director of Ernst & Young India Pvt. Ltd. He has been appointed Chairman of the Finance Committee and included in the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.
