Emami Realty Launches Expanded Bungalow Lineup at Emami Aastha
Emami Realty has launched larger-sized bungalows branded Paras, Prasad, and Prangan at Emami Aastha, starting at ₹2.90 crore onwards. The announcement follows early sales momentum on smaller configurations at the same township project in Joka.
Paras, Prasad, Prangan: The New Typologies
The new phases include Paras Phase at 3,602 sq.ft, Prasad Phase at 4,098 sq.ft, and Prangan Phase at 4,282–4,285 sq.ft, all measured in super built-up area.
